2. What Data We Process

In connection with your use of the Na šipky! mobile application, we process:

  • Login credentials: e-mail address and encrypted password
  • Photos you voluntarily upload to the in-app fan gallery
  • A technical device token used to deliver push notifications
  • Your preferred app language (Czech/English)
  • Basic technical and operational logs (login date/time, app version) to ensure security and operation of the service

The app does not collect your location, contacts, or other sensitive data from your device.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

  • Providing the app's features (user account, fan photo gallery, notifications, the More or Less game, the "Join me for a beer" board) — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
  • Sending push notifications about tournament events — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time in your phone or app settings
  • Ensuring the security and operation of the app — legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

4. Recipients and Processors

To operate the app, we use the following processors and third parties:

  • Expo / Apple Push Notification service / Firebase Cloud Messaging — to deliver push notifications
  • Resend — to send transactional e-mails (e-mail verification, password reset)
  • Our server hosting provider, which ensures the technical operation of the app

We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not sell it.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your user account exists. Once you delete your account (in the app: Settings → Delete account, or by e-mailing info@czechdartsopen.cz), your personal data is deleted without undue delay, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access your personal data,
  • correct inaccurate data,
  • request erasure of your data ("the right to be forgotten"),
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing,
  • lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz) if you believe processing violates GDPR.

You can exercise your rights by e-mailing info@czechdartsopen.cz or directly in the app (Settings → Delete account).

7. Cookies

The darts.papirek.cz website uses only technical cookies necessary for logging into the tournament's administration area. The Na šipky! mobile app does not use cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this address.
