Account Deletion Request

The Na šipky! mobile application lets you request deletion of your user account and all associated personal data at any time.

1. Delete your account directly in the app

The fastest way: in the app, go to Profile / Settings and select "Delete account". Your account and related data will be deleted immediately.

2. Request by e-mail

If you have already uninstalled the app and can no longer sign in, you can request account deletion by e-mailing info@czechdartsopen.cz. Please include the e-mail address or login associated with the account you want deleted.

3. What gets deleted

• Your user account and login credentials
• Photos uploaded to the in-app fan gallery
• Your activity history in the app

Data that we are required to retain by law may be kept for the minimum period required, even after your account is deleted.

4. Processing time

We process account deletion requests without undue delay, within 30 days of receiving them.
